Giving our reality nowadays, I would say It could mean some sort of an important event will trigger something bigger which will need attention of major countries around the world? Perhaps not WWIII, but something regarding the ocean and space [Pluto in Aquarius]? Although not necessary need to be a genius to identify that space is being crowded/packed, things will need to be regulated as countries take over parts of the “fixed” sky by their projects and new technology?
