Mars Square Saturn — November 2023

Society now is aware of the malefic side of human nature, becoming vigilant in what the worst could happen. Reality hits like a punch and there seems to be no way out, well at least not for now, but for a reason, there always is eventually – thus plan B shall be put into action for the time being. But when they conjunct or oppose forces, such meeting can defy society’s limits.  

When the malefic planet Mars square the great malefic planet Saturn, expect evilness, injustice, provocation, brutality, tyranny, suppression, corruption, bloodthirstiness, wickedness, barbarity etc. Remember that traditional Mars and Saturn were the only planets that the ancients considered strongly malefic – all bad things in life were seen and operated by these two planets.

People are rather malicious and ready to understand things the other way. The general condition of the square, however, can be quite stimulating & motivating. When the two malefic meet up by tense square, people can’t be trusted, humans now are feeling alive, and long-lasting pulsating desires can become important issues. It is a thriller with plenty of action. 

Mars doesn’t like to be blocked, limited or anything that makes it difficult to move. It prefers direct motion and dislikes suspense. The planet operates on speediness and immediate results. Saturn reverses all that and produces things slower and long-waiting results. What Mars does it quick and abrupt, Saturn does it sober and with a plan. Frustrations arise when the moderation of them aren’t meet, and the square makes it hard to reconcile for the moment that be. Consider it a moment to fuel or instigate what you will have to do in the future when the right moment comes to make full advantage of these planets. 

When Mars meets Saturn as a stiff Square, society understands wrongdoing exists, thus such a great opportunity to “forge weapons”, so when the enemy attacks you are ready to defend yourself. There is this sense that people can turn on you, but perhaps you should think what are the people you could turn on them? Here, people think of all reasons in the world to justify violence and unfairness against the enemy. Mars is bold & combative, and Saturn is sharp-eyed but has precaution.  

Although malefic in nature, we can learn many things from these two planets. With Mars alone, we can learn how to defend ourselves or to be a form of a hero to someone. Saturn then, tests our limits, yet if one learns, then there shall be wisdom, prudency and rewards. When these qualities are meet in such a highly positive level, then maybe the only way out is to excitedly accept you are indeed, alive and today you may be experiencing life at the edge of the seat.
