Venus Square Saturn — January 2024

Venus Square Saturn – As Saturn transits Pisces, Venus will Square it 5x (times), one already happened on April 2023. Saturn transits a mutable sign, thus whenever Venus ingresses Gemini or Sagittarius, it will square off Saturn’s operation on Earth. 

When Venus meets one of the squaring degrees of Saturn in the Zodiac, relationships are tested equivocally, and people are in distrust of others unless evidence proves otherwise. Yet, one misunderstood configuration of the stars that can evoke feelings of displeasure towards others, as our expectations may be too high and out of unreasonable. 

The pressure is on, and your partner wants to know if you can trust him/her no matter what. Your business partner needs to know if you trust him/her with money, responsibilities and management. Humans want to know if others are supporting them even in hard times. However, if everyone is doubtful of their significant others, chances are they won’t get along as usual, because trust comes from time and tests, not overnight. 

Some may feel tested by their significant others, simple to observe one’s limits and blockages. Sometimes it is rather a projection thing, and not something that the other has wrong, but oneself. Some may feel they are way too dependent on others, be it financially, emotionally or professionally. Others may want to depend on other people’s successes more than usual, and that may become pretty obvious. 

Humans want to make sure their relations are safe and may take some questionable moves in the board, risking their relationships just to satisfy one’s curiosity. They want to be assured that others are counting on them and vice-versa in suspicious times. People want to make their time valid and with high-quality, disregarding other’s people goals. But here they learn that must regard peoples’ goal once this is a game of two to more and not a solo pursuit. 

People want to attract others with their confidence, but that may be overplayed. Perhaps trusting too much may ended up hurting yourself, or that others that trust you to the guts may be a bit disappointed for the time being, as you yourself is also looking for certitudes in important others. Here they maliciously want to bank out from their higher sources no matter the cost. 

If ‘time’ spent in pleasure could be paid, humanity would be all wearing the same jewels and driving the same luxurious cars by this point. Instead, it is the opposite, thus when Venus encounter one of the hard aspects to Saturn, people are eager to earn more or have an extra and will do anything on it, even if that has to disproportionate the scales. They want to make over to the missing time they could had been working but chose pleasure or laziness. 

Giving fully attention to your one-to-one relations versus your career & future you seem a challenge, we simple can’t unify both for the time being, neither could we have the luxury to choose? It is what it is and that’s it. With Saturn, Venus prefers to measure steps, but with the square those may be out of proportion, unwanted or unsolicited regarding relationships, investments, love, contracts, meeting etc. 

» The image I have in mind is a group of men and only deciding the future of pregnant woman, if rather they could abort or not. Or, a casual blind date that went weird and wrong. Or, a cassino having a raid by the government while the owner is on the run, or the owner is a popular politic. Or, a couple that one of them send out someone else to seduce the partner just to test fidelity, and it worked but the partner discovered the truth soon after and breaks up or put it on pause. etc..
