Venus Opposite Uranus — December 2023

Venus Opposite Uranus – In 2025, it will be the last time Venus will oppose Uranus in Taurus. Then the next opposition and first to Uranus in Gemini will happen only in 2027. Due to Venus’ nearness to the Sun, whenever it opposes Uranus, Uranus will aways be retrograde. This is important, because it shows the idiocentric prospect of such configuration, where concepts of freedom & independency are always personal to the native. 

When Venus encounters the unique opposingly degrees of Uranus in the Zodiac, humanity attracts the bizarre & the different, they are looking for an electrifying change in their close relationships, itching for something more contrasting they are used to with their loved ones. As if going to the same places or doing same things seem rather like an old disk – we need social stimulus and instant connections that bring us back to that feeling of freshness & newness. We want to be originals with our relationships no matter the cost. 

It’s like a love portion of the stars that exploded before its time. Although an opposition, this is still Venus, thus a good time to explore different locations for pleasurable activities, or somewhere the couple, or the trio etc. has never been before, bringing fresh exciting memories. Unusual & alternative couples, unconventional places for meetings, and surprising & weird encounters rule the period. 

Humanity become rebels at heart, and they will rebel against relationships if they don’t fit the picture they were expecting to. Something will shake up like an exotic pink cocktail, a realization that exchanging mutual receptivity is a must in order for the relationships to survive. The mixture shall be balanced, otherwise the flavour will be remarkable offbeat, weird or obviously disproportional.  

Humans are eager for a certain modification in the social sphere, wanting or having the opportunity perhaps to experience that what they never had, and when Venus is opposite Uranus, those become crystal clear. We get easily bored with the usual stuff we do together, let’s try a new thing? Yet, many will feel more lonely than usual, as if society is too far away to interact with. 

This is not simple a ‘change’ and that’s it. It can hit the core of a relationship, of a contract for example, that needs a way out from the ordinary, thence progress can be achieved, adding new grounds for the future duet or group to ‘dance’ upon. The opposition activates people’s desire for freedom and independency. Ok, we are together now, but can we also be apart and keep original when we must? 

Usual groups of friends or big organizations suffer an imbalance, perhaps someone new is introduced, that causes a certain revolution with another person already there, causing an unwanted change but maybe needed etc. People are forced to get out of the comfortable zones and do something different with the significant others – keep yourselves updated of sexual pleasures and discover new ways to please your partner(s). 

It is an instant and out-of-nothing attraction of the stars, humanity are compelled to look things in reversed mode, a sudden desirability that can also suddenly disappear. Humans are now seduced by aliens and strangers – to the unconventional. 

The image I have in mind is a couple curious about their fate together decide to visit an astrologer. Or two people having issues while chatting online. A cheater caught online. An online buying/selling that went completely bizarre. A native having an accidental money gain or lost online. Accidental love meetings. A couple doing the most bizarre thing you’ve ever seen. An outrageous move from a certain cosmetic or fashion industry that leaves people divided.
