The Abû-Ma’shar’s Dregrees Increasing in Good Fortune put to the Test

I decided to put to the test a particular Chapter [V.22 page 309] of Abù-Ma’shar book The Great Introduction translated by Benjamin Dykes [2020], a list that would make anyone reading and interested, to rapidly zoom it with the head and eyes. The results seem quite outstanding somehow. The Zodiac is something to delve with isn’t it? We discover new things every now and then, even when many are, ancient. When you think you really got that technique, you are challenged to know more, coming across considerations that you weren’t yet informed.

Although I will not put the list here, you shall follow me through some very very basic examples. I collected some charts of people here in the website, which are evidently or were quite wealthy & good in fortune. There are actually 2 lists, the other described as the degrees of elevation and power. 

The Degrees of Increasing Good Fortunes belongs to specific degrees of Zodiac signs Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, the Grand Fixed Square . While the degrees of the second list are documented through specific degrees of all the Zodiac signs, from Aries to Pisces. Now, the ancients agrees that genethliacal or through revolutions, the Moon, Lot of Fortune or the Ascendant are right/exact on such degrees, they would indicate increasing in good fortune and their lot. Quite interesting and intriguing indeed. Taurus sign has 3 specific degrees of increasing good fortune, while Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius have only one.

Another thing is that planets and their position also signify the increase and decrease of things including our fortune, whatever that may be, for example, Donald Trump and Warren Buffet have no degrees from either tables in neither Sun, Moon, Asc or Lot of Fortune [at least not in the natal chart], however, their radixes scream fortune by planetary positions. But I shall focus on these particular Degrees of Increasing Good Fortunes and go from there.

In the examples of genethliacal [and not from revolution] charts, I won’t digit what degrees but if that was close or exact to the degrees the ancients believed exerted this special signification.
