The Crime

Date: August 20th, 1989

The Menendez brothers, Lyle and Erik, became infamous for the brutal murder of their parents, José and Kitty Menendez, in their Beverly Hills home on August 20, 1989 at 10pm, California.

The Night of the Murder (August.20.1989) – Beverly Hills; California – at 10pm

It was Eclipse season and the Sun was there with the lunar Southern node in Leo – a father/son theme kind of revelation to the public; Moon, the mother was Trine them at that hour. Mercury (brothers) was transiting same sign as Mars (murder), literally pointing to “murderous/bloody brothers”, in Virgo a mutable sign, it doubles – they were two brothers who acted together. Ruler of the event violent Mars was partile Sextile sneaky Pluto – they basically sneaked in into their own house!

Now, ruler of 8th house of murder and assassination for that time was Mars & Pluto. Pluto was on the Dsc by division but in the 8th place by counting. Astrologers see 8th house to predict kinds & tools of death. Sexual abusive Pluto was there at 12° degrees on revengeful Scorpio – They used 12-gauge shotguns, clearly shooting on “revenge”. Next, observe the Cancer-Capricorn on the Mc-Ic axis – The axis and places of parents at 14° degrees – the brothers fatally shot their parents a total of 14 times! Their defence claimed that they acted out of fear after enduring years of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse by their father, while the mother knew but pretended otherwise.

Overall, it was a nocturnal chart with ruler of the chart & shooter Mars rejoiced in the 6th place of earth, everything took place almost neatly for their malefic plan. It was the day & hour of the father (Sun).

Arrest: (March 08th 1990) Saturn conjunct MC with 7’ of Arc – they were arrested likely 7 months later the murderers.

Guilty or no, astrology won’t judge – this is a human problem, where they decide who should be jailed and those who can walk free among others. This is was one the stories where the victims’ sides were also brought to light, turning them not only victims but also monsters? Did they “had it coming”?

1st Trial: from 20 July 1993 to 28 January 1994 – Lyle and Erik confessed killing their parents while claiming it was in self-defence = Mistrial

2nd Trial: from 23 August 1995 to 20 March 1996 – Judge as one = Guilty first-degree murder with special circumstances and guilty to conspiracy to murder. 2 July 1996 – sentenced to 2 consecutive life sentences

» They have Opposite Moon’s (home, family, mother) to each other’s Chart – Lyle, the older brother has Moon in Taurus, while younger brother Erik has Moon in Scorpio.

» Both had Venus Return in their respective SR’s

» Natal Jupiter Conjunct Unukalhai – at the “Serpent’s Heart”, it is considered an unfortunate fixed star with a bad reputation in the ancient astrological lore. Erik’s interests that year was of “Unukalhaian” stuff.

Monthly Profection of the Asc: Detriment Venus in the 3rd house of brothers – the intention that month was alongside his brother, literally. Observe that Erik has Scorpio intercepted in there, thus Venus, Jupiter and Moon are all in stingy and sexual Scorpio, all that intense energy of the sign was concentrated in the area of brotherhood of the radix.
