The Astrology of Abraham Lincoln & His Assassination
The Astrology of Abraham Lincoln & His Assassination
Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, was assassinated in 1865, at Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C. The murderer was John Wilkes Booth, a well-known actor and Confederate sympathizer, born with shooter Mars and President Saturn opposition in the chart.
Abraham’s enemy-muderer was a supporter of the Confederacy during the American Civil War, and he had become increasingly disillusioned with the Union’s victory as the conflict drew to a close. He hatched a plan to kidnap (Pluto opposite Mars*) Lincoln, with the aim of exchanging him for Confederate prisoners of war, but the plan was foiled. After Confederate General Robert E. Lee surrendered on April 9, 1865, Booth became even more determined to take action against Lincoln.

The Killer & Abraham Dangerous Synastry between Enemies Charts
We have no time birth of the killer, but we know the date of his arrival in the world. The murderer John Wilkes Booth had Satan Saturn in Scorpio, and possible the Moon.
The 8th house of assassination in the chart of Abraham is ruled by Venus, which is located exact conjunction the cusp of the 2nd house of Hades’ Gate in the sign of the ram (Aries).
*While John had Pluto in Aries, Abraham had Mars in Libra – quite a dangerous opposition in synastry. In short, while slavery may have been a factor in Booth’s beliefs and motivations, it was likely not the only one. Booth’s opposition to Lincoln was rooted in his broader support for the Confederate cause and his belief that Lincoln was an enemy of the South.Observe ruler of the Ascendant (Saturn) in the shouthmost part of the radix.
Fixation of the Killer: Now, if you notice, the murderer in the chart of Abraham Lincoln is the detriment Sun itself because it rules the 7th house of open enemies, it wasn’t news back those days that John vehemently opposed Abraham’s idealistic thinking and was a public adversary. Observe the fixation of the enemy was on Abraham’s body, once the Sun conjunct exact cusp of the Ascendant.
The 2nd House Cusp: I’ve noticed that the 2nd house is very important in the charts of victims and murderers. The second sign of the Zodiac is Taurus which is indeed ruled by Venus, the significant other, and although this is not the house where you predict things related to such, it is the house where we can relate the relationship of predator-victim, which makes sense because this is the axis of Venus-Mars, or Taurus-Scorpio. (I wish I could write a book about my finds, would you be interested to read?).

Profection of the Ascendant 1865
It was a Libra turn, where in his chart is in the cusp of the 8th house of murder, the house and sign Mars was. It was also activating the Venus conjunct cusp of 2nd house configuration, as we have seen, the house of the Gate of Hades, one’s “way” to the cemetery (8th house).
That month, transiting Mars was returning to his natal position, it was a Mars’ revolution in his radix. I noticed many unfortunate people indeed have Mars returning when they actually become a “victim” of a predator.
Also, notice that Lincoln’s Solar Return chart of 1865, Libra was rising at the moment of the returning of the Sun, again, the sign on the cusp of 8th house of assassination.
To make even more dramatic, this (SR1865) chart also had the transiting Moon-Mars square signature exactly as in the natal chart, in the 12th-9th houses but in different signs. For the matter, Pluto was located in the 8th house in such solar revolution of 1865.

Primary Direction of an Assassination – When the Hyleg and Anaereta Meet in the Mobile
When the Moon continued its direction towards the west, it met cutter Anaereta Saturn, in the south while perfecting its position to that of Saturn in the year of the assassination. Abraham’s natal Moon was detriment in Capricorn, and to make it worse it was also square natal shooter-Anaereta Mars. The Direction Direct is set in “Mundo” and it perfected only about a month later the actual event:
On the evening of April 14 (1865), John Booth slipped into the presidential box at Ford’s Theatre, where Lincoln was watching a play with his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln. Booth shot Lincoln in the back of the head with a single bullet from a Derringer pistol, and then jumped from the box to the stage, shouting “Sic semper tyrannis!” (“Thus always to tyrants!”) as he fled.
Obs: If we rectify the chart a few seconds, we get the excat date nonetheless.
