They will both share the same right ascension at the exact time of the event, both will be exact on the elliptic, but Venus a bit north and Uranus a bit south while both at 0° degree latitude. From UK, the pair will become visible around 20:05 and about 26° above one’s western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. They will be setting after the Sun at 23:11.

The conjunction of Venus-Uranus will be setting at the exact time they are partile by longitude and latitude in UK. Such things will benefit more the significant other countries (I guess USA and European Union) than for UK itself.
